Workout #1

All these introductions, I know it can be exhausting but I hope you’re having fun so far and you’re motivated to start this honest fitness journey! I encourage fellow ladies introducing themselves and telling their stories in the comment sections. I want us all interacting because I’m creating a safe place for us girls! Without further delay, here is the first workout that I will later comment about in the next future post. Click on the next post to see if I recommend it or not. If I felt a difference when working out certain butt muscles during the workout below.

Remember :

Sets mean to do the exercise multiple times, for example, the picture says “2 sets of 10 of Bodyweight squats”. It’s telling you to do 10 squats twice, so in total it’s 20. GOOD LUCK! See you next post.
