For this workout, we will be focusing on the legs today! I want you to figure out what exact body shape you are trying to obtain. Down below in the comments share that with me along with a photo if you have one so we all can be on the same page. I believe it’s healthy to have an inspiration but not a body you want to look exactly like. You should only strive to have the body you have right now just upgraded! If you have an inspiration you can stay motivated and that’s the goal. With this leg exercise, I want you to go slow while you do each workout to your best ability. If you continue to apply the effort you will focus and with focus comes results. If you are a beginner I want you to do only one set, but if you been around the block before challenge yourself to do two. Know your limits!
