I hope you’re feeling good inside that you are starting this journey that can truly change your life! It may seem a little hard to be consistent but I’m here to tell you you have a group of ladies that are here for you. If you want to see the next women succeed just as much as your comment below and let them know. Sometimes the littlest things can help that person who is struggling more than others. Whether that be with fitness or life in general. To be nice to someone can change that person day. Fitness can be intermediating especially if you were not born a certain look but HONEY that summer body is going to be yours no matter what. Instead of drooling over the people that go under knife you are going to a find a love so deep for what God has blessed you to work for it’s not even funny. This workout we will be working on arms! I know a lot of women like to only focus on the booty, but the booty needs rest to grow. We cannot overwork a muscle and expect amazing results. Trust me I did arms all the time in track and I didn’t look like a beautiful man. I looked like a tone Queen and hey when we are older you are most likely not going to get that sag if you start early. We are targeting the triceps and biceps! Let’s all do this workout to the best of our ability!
