I hope you are having a lot of fun learning about what equipments is better for you and doing these cool workouts! What type of music has been getting you through this? Yes, I know I can hear those backless shirts or dresses yelling at you to stop being so damn hawtt. The back, in my opinion, is the sexiest thing on a woman. With the back workouts, I introduce them to transform those natural curves and make them pop even more.
