I hope between all these posts you are going out on a jog around the park or neighborhood. That your drinking water throughout the day and eating some veggies at least once a day. I hope your getting sleep as well because all these things I mention can slow progress down. Comment down below what you’re doing other than these workouts. So other B0$$ ladies can get fresh ideas. When a group of brilliant women comes together magic always happens. What I do is I run the band field after work at least 3 times a week when I have the time. I usually run a maximum of 10 laps and then these workouts on the side. Today we are focusing on the glutes! Let’s get ready to stretch that muscle.
