I hope between all these posts you are going out on a jog around the park or neighborhood. That your drinking water throughout the day and eating some veggies at least once a day. I hope your getting sleep as well because all these things I mention can slow progress down. Comment down below what you’re doing other than these workouts. So other B0$$ ladies can get fresh ideas. When a group of brilliant women comes together magic always happens. What I do is I run the band field after work at least 3 times a week when I have the time. I usually run a maximum of 10 laps and then these workouts on the side. Today we are focusing on the glutes! Let’s get ready to stretch that muscle.

Yes, I know I can hear those backless shirts or dresses yelling at you to stop being so damn hawtt. The back, in my opinion, is the sexiest thing on a woman. With the back workouts, I introduce them to transform those natural curves and make them pop even more.

I know there are many waist trainers ads that just are begging for your money. I’m sure though being apart of this elite club, lol, you naturally have questions. Don’t want to do a lot of research? That’s fine because I’ve done some that have been helping me already. First and foremost when I bought my first waist trainer I didn’t know there was mutiple you could buy. I bought the first one I saw on Facebook that told me all I had to do was pay for shipping. My first time with a “waist trainer” was an amazing experience because I was trimming my waist while keeping my lower half big just how I like it! I noticed tho it wasn’t giving me an inward shaped waist I wanted like an hourglass. It was just making it smaller if that makes sense. I was just a small straight stomach gal and I didn’t like that. I soon realized I was wearing a sweat vest that had no form to it, its purpose was only to keep the water weight down. That’s good for a person with a beautiful round tummy, but an actual waist trainer is made for the ladies trying to get those abs right. It also willing gives you that hour glass shape with little enough ab work. I bought the best seller on Amazon for 13 dollars. I purchased a medium and it was well worth it! I recommend you get a waist trainer if your like me and does not diet. I’ve had it for a while now and I love to work out with it. See you next post!

How is your day going? I’m happy to be able to connect with my ladies! How’s the body feeling, does anybody see a little bit of improvement? Probably not but I know that body is feeling a tiny bit sore. Don’t be scared of that feeling that just means your muscles are growing and toning up. Comment below how your body is feeling and anything you realized about yourself while working out? I need all of you to start paying attention to the small things, because you avoid injury and you know what is working for you. I recommend you purchase a fitness notebook or journal. It really can be digital as well with photos you take to show progress. That’s super fun and I tried that out in the notebook app downloaded in the HP ENVY laptop. Let me know what you think would be better for you. Today we will be focusing on abs finally huh? It’s time we focus all that energy on some abs that will have you hurting when you laugh. If you have a weak core like me, this is going to suck! Just remember pain is temporary and it’s all going to be worth it.

I hope you’re feeling good inside that you are starting this journey that can truly change your life! It may seem a little hard to be consistent but I’m here to tell you you have a group of ladies that are here for you. If you want to see the next women succeed just as much as your comment below and let them know. Sometimes the littlest things can help that person who is struggling more than others. Whether that be with fitness or life in general. To be nice to someone can change that person day. Fitness can be intermediating especially if you were not born a certain look but HONEY that summer body is going to be yours no matter what. Instead of drooling over the people that go under knife you are going to a find a love so deep for what God has blessed you to work for it’s not even funny. This workout we will be working on arms! I know a lot of women like to only focus on the booty, but the booty needs rest to grow. We cannot overwork a muscle and expect amazing results. Trust me I did arms all the time in track and I didn’t look like a beautiful man. I looked like a tone Queen and hey when we are older you are most likely not going to get that sag if you start early. We are targeting the triceps and biceps! Let’s all do this workout to the best of our ability!

I’m sure you have seen a famous Youtuber rave about a favorite fitness resistance band or these big circle thingy’s have been floating in the fitness scene. No matter who talks about them whether it is good or bad, the importance for YOU to know the facts. It is important to know where to get them, what type you are looking for, and what is the typical cost you should stay away from or prepare to get. First and foremost, yes we all need these God sent things from the earth if you want that bubble booty! No matter what size you are I recommend you get one that fits you comfortably.
Starting on where to get them, you don’t want to go to a suspicious website. Fitness is in popular demand and that brings in the scammers trying to make a quick buck giving you “great value” fitness gear for super cheap. Super cheap is great, but it may come with a price in another way you can’t afford to pay for fitness. If you can get cheap things that probably means the supplier didn’t use quality material that helps you gain the results you need, therefore slowing your results down. I recommend going to legit fitness websites where they sell them professionally, purchase from an actual gym rat fitness guru like Lucy Fitness, or Amazon! I purchased my second one on Amazon vs. a Ross clothing brand store. Guess which one snapped after a year? Amazon definitely was the better choice. The material matters as well. I recommend fabric because its much harder when resisting which promotes more muscle growth!
Lastly, do not be scared of the price but do not pay too much! About 20 to 35 is a good range if your shopping for quality. I purchased “Core Fitness” resistant bands that came with small, medium and large including a program. It totaled to be 34 and I’m in love that I invested in a fabric quality resistant band!

For this workout, we will be focusing on the legs today! I want you to figure out what exact body shape you are trying to obtain. Down below in the comments share that with me along with a photo if you have one so we all can be on the same page. I believe it’s healthy to have an inspiration but not a body you want to look exactly like. You should only strive to have the body you have right now just upgraded! If you have an inspiration you can stay motivated and that’s the goal. With this leg exercise, I want you to go slow while you do each workout to your best ability. If you continue to apply the effort you will focus and with focus comes results. If you are a beginner I want you to do only one set, but if you been around the block before challenge yourself to do two. Know your limits!

All these introductions, I know it can be exhausting but I hope you’re having fun so far and you’re motivated to start this honest fitness journey! How many people have seen those Instagram models or social media influencers that literally have the bodies made by the gods of “fitness”? Maybe has you looking in the mirror differently, daydreaming about what the crazy amount confidence you possibly could gain with a tiny waist and bubble booty. I’ll wait for those few shy hands to come up, because speaking for myself I have scrolled what seems endlessly on Twitter analyzing these Wonder Woman females who look uncomfortably perfect.
Ironically, online their is the Brunette Bombshell flashing her 3D white smile while grasping a In-N-Out burger and extra creamy vanilla milkshake with her Forever 21 crop top gladly displaying her solid as a rock abs. Don’t forget along with the abs, beautiful set of perky C+ and up sometimes enviously comes along with the package it seems for the most part with these fitness queens! Last, but definitely the most talked and obsessed about, a bottom half that can land you sponsors who can pay for your rent times 3. Just ask high profile fitness model, Amanda Lee whose social media presence, racks in $5,000 per instagram post according to Inc. Newsletter.
I wouldn’t blame those 4.5 million followers trying their hardest to buy whatever she is selling, her body is something that typically would come straight from the cover of a romantic novel. Just like the many other famous fitness women on social media platforms that make money base off of their passions.
What if I can tell you 99.999999999 percent of what you see on social media is all a big facade, especially when it comes to the ideal fitness guru that helped you pick out the miracle “Flat Tummy Tea” that supposedly helped sculpt their goddess physique. You ready to be blown away?……The truth is only HARD WORK with a mixture of dedication can truly get you permanent results that you probably lose sleep over daydreaming about. Most of these influencers are catching the fitness seekers attention because of what Dr. Miami or Dr. Ashkan Ghavami,skilled in delivering the highest standard of care in all aspects of plastic surgery and reconstructive surgery, put together for them. *Trigger warning*
In my opinion, The beautiful Kendall Jenner has admitted to getting lip fillers but “OK! Online spoke to Dr. Galyna Selezneva, ‘The Body Expert’ and aesthetic Doctor specializing in non-invasive body contouring treatments at the Dr. Rita Rakus Clinic, Knightsbridge gave her expert opinion”. According to expert opinion, Selezneva has debunked Kylies claims that gaining “15 pounds” and “contouring” has helped her achieve this hourglass figure.
In her interview, she confidently states “To gain the kind of body shape which she has, for example, a completely flat stomach with a prominent bottom, through such means, would involve having to gain weight in very specific areas, which just isn’t possible.” How I think is she’s related to sisters who are and have admitted to turning to plastic surgery, but she happens to be the ONLY one that got her body genetically that looks like the rest of theirs? Hmmmmm, interesting.
Also, another well-known celebrity that has gone public about Butt injections and Breast augmentation is the wild Cardi B according to E!News. E!News reporter, Billies Nillies, reminded us Cardi B publicly shared her experience when getting butt injections. At 21 she got illegal butt injections for $800 that leaked for 5 days!
What’s common about both of these celebrities is they promote fitness throughout their established social media careers. How can ladies who went under the knife teach a group of women who are serious about changing their bodies help?
